PRF Reporting and Phase 4 Impact (SNF)

AHCA informed HCAM that HRSA is notifying providers who have not yet submitted their Reporting Period 1 reports that they will not receive their Phase 4 distributions until the reports are submitted. Click HERE for an example of the HRSA transmittal. When announcing the Phase 4 and Rural Distribution and Allocation, HRSA also announced a grace period for the Reporting Period 1 reports extending the reporting window to 11/30. Because Phase 4 is not due for release until mid-December and reports are due by 11/30, this likely should not impact Phase 4 awards. AHCA/NCAL is investigating the HRSA transmittals to ensure there are no underlying complications.
