HCAM Awards of Excellence: Nominate Someone Today!

Nominations are open for the 2025 Health Care Association of Michigan Long-Term Care Awards of Excellence to honor individuals and teams in the skilled nursing and assisted living sectors across Michigan. The awards include the Gerry Baker Hero of Healthcare Award, Team of Excellence Award, Resident of the Year Award, David Lebenbom Memorial Scholarship for Skilled Nursing Facilities and HCAM’s Assisted Living Scholarship. We encourage HCAM members to submit nominations before May 12. It takes time to gather all the needed information and materials, so you may want to start the process today.
