State Survey Data is Now Available

The National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) partnered with Formation HealthCare and is using CarePrepare and In-Cite data to provide members access to survey data. The number of average deficiencies per survey or per state is listed along with the top 10 deficiencies in the state. Select the state and time frame for which you’d like to see data and hover over or click on the Deficiencies by Category bars to see deficiencies by subcategory. Click on Regulation Summary to see the state regulation text.
