Members are required to report Annual Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination data by May 15, 2024, under the Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Reporting Program (SNF QRP). Failure to report on time may result in a 2% reduction to your Medicare annual payment update for fiscal year 2025.
