HCAM Effective Leadership Workshop Cohort 3 Begins October 7!

Don’t miss this unique leadership training opportunity: HCAM partnered with the Business and Community Institute (BCI) and Lansing Community College to provide our members with exceptional leadership training.

Overview: Organizations need leaders who can do more and be more to succeed in today’s complex environment. They need frontline leaders with strong interpersonal skills who can get things done by mobilizing and engaging others. This 32-hour comprehensive training is tailored to organizations seeking advanced leadership training and covers topics such as Personality Profiles and Behavioral Styles, Communicating with Impact, Driving Change, Setting Goals and Reviewing Results, Coaching for Peak Performance, Resolving Workplace Conflict and Working as a High Performing Team.

Program Structure: The live virtual course will be conducted in four-hour time blocks, twice a week for four weeks. It will be offered quarterly and include case scenarios with breakout sessions as well as the opportunity to interact live with each other and faculty. 

Requirements of Participation: Each cohort is limited to 15 students, who must take part in in all eight sessions of the cohort. A certificate will be provided at the course conclusion.
