Revised Surveyor Guidance: Two New Action Briefings Available (SNF)

The American Health Care Association (AHCA) released two new action briefings to prepare long-term care facilities for the release of the Revised Long-Term Care (LTC) Survey Guidance that surveyors will begin using on March 24, 2025. These new action briefings, Sufficient Nursing Staff and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, outline significant changes made, along with action items facilities can take to achieve and sustain compliance in these areas.
