SNF Provider Preview Reports – Review by November 14, 2024

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports, containing provider performance scores for quality measures, will be published on Care Compare and Provider Data Catalog (PDC) during the January 2025 refresh.

Data contained in the reports are based on:

• Quality assessment data submitted from SNFs from Q2, 2023 through Q1, 2024.
• The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) measures reflect Influenza Vaccination Coverage among Healthcare Personnel measure data from Q4, 2023 through Q1, 2024, and COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage among Healthcare Personnel (HCP) measure data from Q1, 2024.
• claims-based measures data was updated for the October 2024 refresh. This data from Q4, 2021 through Q3, 2023 will continue to display, as well as the SNF Healthcare-Associated Infection (HAI) measure data from Q4, 2022 through Q3, 2023.

Providers have until November 14, 2024 to review their performance data. Only corrections to the underlying assessment data before the final data submission deadline will be reflected in the reported data on Care Compare (including applicable Five-Star Quality Measures)
