MDHHS Offers CMP Grant Funding Opportunity (SNF)

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) released a Grant Funding Opportunity (GFO) on the Electronic Grants Administration & Management System (EGrAMS) for the CMPR2-2026-Michigan Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program 2-2026.

All proposal responses and related materials must be submitted electronically using EGrAMS. Submissions are due September 25, 2025, by 3 p.m. eastern. This is a hard deadline; no late proposals will be accepted.  

Agencies interested in applying must first register both the agency and users and process a Project Director Request. Registration must be completed one week prior to the application deadline.
