CMS Releases Anticipated Resources for Updated CMPRP (SNF)

The Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released a QSO memo in September 2025, detailing updates to the Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP). CMS intended on releasing consolidated resources for the CMPRP in October but were delayed by the federal government shutdown. CMS published the resources on December 1.
