HUD Launches an Express Option for Some Section 232 Applications

The Federal Housing Administration recently announced that the Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP) is now offering an “Express Lane” for Section 232/223(f) applications that meet certain low-risk criteria. Express Lane applications will have queue priority. This new program is intended to reduce the overall waiting time for qualified 232/223(f) HUD applicants.
