Take Advantage of LPN Apprenticeship Program
The Michigan Workforce Training and Education Collaborative EPiC Consortium is offering an employer-sponsored apprenticeship program that can help providers foster career growth and strengthen their workforce.
The program offers an innovative delivery model in nursing theory, laboratory, simulation and clinical. Students must be hired as an LPN apprentice by an approved employer in collaboration with MichiganWorks! when they are accepted into the program. Students also may be eligible for various sources of funding through the local MIWorks! agency.
Students will complete cognitive components online through West Shore Community College. Beyond that, there are currently 9 locations for clinical sites across Michigan. If needed, general education requirements may be completed prior to program enrollment through community colleges.
