Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in the post-acute care environment will learn how to prioritize, delegate, think critically and make effective decisions as a nurse leader. Nurse participants will have the opportunity to analyze reports and consider case studies to identify areas for improvement as well as develop strategic plans to assure quality for optimal resident outcomes.
