2022 Quality Symposium

MCAL’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Training will focus on all assisted living environments, licensed and non-licensed. As Home for Aged and Adult Foster Care Administrative Rules are experiencing some changes, it is important to know how to develop inter-disciplinary teams who will carry out internal reviews and corrective action plans. This training is recommended for other assisted living settings such as HFA exempt and even independent living settings. Understanding and utilizing a QAPI process is a best practice recommendation for any of these settings. An update on rule changes will also be addressed.
This program will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lansing, MI on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Vaccination is required to attend this program.
