Register for 2023 CON Annual Survey Webinars

Today, March 6, 2024, is the target launch date for the 2023 Certificate of Need (CON) Annual Survey. Participation in the annual survey is a requirement for all CON-approved facilities and must be completed by 5 p.m. on April 30, 2024. The survey is facility specific; data from multiple different physical sites should not be combined, even if the sites are all owned by the same legal entity.

Registration for CON Annual Survey Webinars: To register for a live webinar, please review the dates below and email your name, company name, phone number and preferred webinar date to Amanda Curtis. The one-hour webinars will provide limited information due to the amount of time available.
