MCAL is launching a brand new train the trainer program specifically geared to prepare Home for the Aged, Adult Foster Care and other assisted living settings to appropriately train their staff who are involved in medication management in each particular setting. This one-day program and training kit will prepare the trainer and provide him/her with the tools needed to train and evaluate staff for competency.
