New Nursing Home Administrator Rules Promulgated (SNF)

The Bureau of Professional Licensing (BPL), within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), has implemented new General Rules for Nursing Home Administrators promulgated May 7, 2025. A brief, general summary of recent changes to the rules is available here. The Department refers the reader to the administrative rules for the specific language and requirements.
